Film Production Program

The Film Program is a Los Angeles Unified Career Technical Education (CTE) Pathway to the Arts & Entertainment Industry. The goal is to shape young minds to be prepared for tomorrow's challenges not only in film, but in life and give our students the ability to cognitively understand society and allow them the freedom to make choices for their own success. Through CTE pathways, students engage in collaborative project-based learning with an emphasis on bringing about positive change through creative expression. Students produce short films to delivery their perspective on real-life topics that affect everyday student life in and out school.

Our students receive “hands-on” training in:

• state of the art film/production equipment. 
• state of the art sound room and screening
• partnerships increase filmmakers access to the many different careers in Film and Television.
