Good morning Admin and support staff,

VOCES Class of 2025 Senior Prom is this Saturday! I want to share the details with you all and coordinate the student check-in process.

Venue: Casa Torres Banquet Hall
Address: 455 San Fernando Mission Blvd., San Fernando, CA 91340
Time:     6:00 pm (doors open)
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm (buffet)
11:00 pm (music stops)
11:30 pm (end time)
12:00 am (venue closes)
Parking: The parking lot is located at the building entrance.

Menu
Appetizers from 6:30 - 9:00 pm
Shrimp ceviche, vegetable and fruit platter, chicken strips w/ fries platter

Buffet Style from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Birria, rice & beans, Fettuccini Alfredo w/ grilled chicken, beef taquitos

Extras: Cesar salad, dinner rolls, chips & salsa.
Desert: Churros
Soft drinks and water


# of students attending as of 5/15 is 29.
Teacher Chaperones: Mr. B, Mrs. Glynn, Mr. Speakes

Student Check-in starting at 6:00 pm
1 staff member to check-in students as they arrive
We will need 2 authorized employees to do bag checks and security
Question for the group: do we need the metal detector wand?
The venue provides 1 security guard for the entrance.
